Application

This specification covers the general requirements of fibre optic telecommunication cables used for outdoor applications.

This cable need to apply suitable accessory to withstand cable load when cable is installed on the pole or tower. Especially dead-end(tension, total length, grip length etc.) has to be selected by considering span length and maximum allowable cable load.

Cable Description

Colour coded fibres, jelly filled colour coded loose tubes, Filler (if necessary), water blocking yarn, SZ-stranded around the dielectric central strength member, water blocking tape, ripcord, inner PE jacket, water blocking yarn(if necessary), FRP armouring, wrapping tape, Aramid yarn(if necessary), outer PE jacket.
